To mark the 5th anniversary of OENO P, Paris Sigalas chose to do something truly unique: he retrieved 100 magnum bottles of Tria Ampelia 2021 from his personal cellar and personally signed them with gold ink.

A Visionary in Greek Wine

Paris Sigalas is not just a great winemaker - he is an iconic figure in the Greek (if not global) vineyard landscape.

Widely recognized as the pioneer behind the movement of small producers in Santorini, he played a key role in establishing Santorini PDO as the most important appellation in Greece.

Yet, his true contribution runs even deeper: it lies in his restless spirit, boundless energy, and constant reinvention of Santorini’s wines and vineyards.

Tria Ampelia - From Ancient Vines, Unfiltered and Alive

Tria Ampelia 2021 is the first label released under OENO P. It comes from three carefully selected vineyards, with vine stocks over 60 years old. The wine is fermented and aged sur lie for 16 months in concrete amphorae (750 and 1,600 liters) and remains unfiltered, preserving its full expression and natural energy.

Aging potential: Over 10 years.

Food Pairing

This wine pairs beautifully with grilled premium fish like grouper, red porgy, or dentex, simply prepared with olive oil, lemon, and fresh herbs.

It also shines alongside pan-seared or grilled scallops.

The wine’s vibrant acidity and pronounced minerality perfectly balance the sweetness and richness of high-quality seafood.
