All products available in our on-line store of cavadrosia.gr are perfectly preserved in our warehouses. Irrespective of this, the product might be received damaged or broken while shipped.
The product can be returned within 10 calendar days from the day you received it. If the delay amounts to more than 10 days, the return shall be considered inadmissible. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the original packaging and condition that you received it.
In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by all necessary legal documents, receipt and proof of purchase.
Products are non-returnable if they have any visible signs of damage within the packaging and/or on the product.
Refunds of products the customer ordered will be provided within 10 calendar days from the day Cava Drosia receives them.
Refunds are provided in the customer’s credit card or in any given bank account.
Returns of products concern ONLY orders placed on cavadrosia.gr.
Replacement of faulty products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or broken product, then you should call or contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days from the day you received it. In the email, titled “Faulty product”, pictures of the product showing the condition in which it was received should be attached, so as to be replaced (at once) without any further cost. The faulty product can be replaced by the same or other product of the same amount.
Cancellation of order
The cancellation of an order does not incur a charge as long as it is asked before the product is shipped. In case you wish to cancel your order after it is shipped, you will be requested to pay for the shipping cost
