This is a grappa of high gastronomic and collectible value, made from the pomace of Sassicaia - one of the most important Super Tuscan wines of Tuscany.

The distillation is done by hand, using steam-flow copper pot stills, in the underground cellars of Poli in Veneto. The grappa then matures in oak barrels that previously hosted Sassicaia wine.
