Chios Mastic Liqueur is traditionally produced in Chios by Psichis distillery, is a product of authentic Chios mastic distillation.

The founder of the "Traditional Psychis Distillery" distilled the Mastiha crystals, taking a natural distillate and, after many efforts, created the exceptional " Chios’s Mastiha Liqueur Psychis ", a product with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI).

Today, the 4th generation, following the well-hidden family recipe (passed down from generation to generation), procures authentic mastiha from the Mastiha Producers’ Union of Chios and distills it to its traditional bronze amphibians, creating the internationally acclaimed "Chios’s Mastiha Liqueur Psychis" which encompasses in its taste the whole history of the island.
